The belief that personal transformation is hard is itself a block. If you believe it’s hard, you probably believe a dozen other things are hard too—and that belief is making all of them harder. “The transformation happens no faster than we think it can happen.”

Joe ran an experiment: do nothing you don’t want to do for a week. First week, the trash didn’t get taken out. Then he realized he didn’t want to live in a stinky house—so he learned how to want to take out the trash. “How I approached things was far more important than if I approached them.”
